Jazmin De Oleo is a passionate Real Estate Agent based in the Dominican Republic raised and educated in Germany, she brings a trilingual advantage, speaking English, Spanish and German to support both local and international clients. Together with her Life Partner Philip Mennen she manages Casa Estrellas Mirabal. Philip born and raised in Germany is a visual Storyteller and creative professional specializing in photography, videography and visual content creation. He combines academic knowledge, creative design and movement into a holistic approach to life and work. He studied Sport Science and Media Design at the University of Karlsruhe, laying the foundation for the connection between physical awareness, visual storytelling and creative expression. Alongside his academic path, he dedicated himself to the study of an internal Chinese martial arts style. A practice that shaped his sense of discipline, balance and inner focus. Years of training refined his understanding of movement, timing, and energy - elements that later became an integral part of his creative work. His journey eventually led form solid ground to the ocean and into surfing. What began as a physical pursuit evolved into a way of life, uniting nature, presence and flow. Today, this influences both, his creative vision and his everyday life.
