Perla Marina is one of the North Coast's most established gated communities: 24/7 security at the gate, quiet tree-lined lanes, a semi-private beach without vendors or crowds, and a neighborhood mix of long-term expats and Dominican families. It sits exactly between Sosúa (supermarkets, clinics, airport 20 minutes) and Cabarete (restaurants, surf, nightlife) — close to both, disturbed by neither. Monthly rents at Casa Estrellas Mirabal run $550–$1,550 and include Starlink internet, pool, backup generator and laundry. As the owners, we live right across the street.
